I have come to the conclusion that nearly everyone has horrible eating habits. Many come to work with nothing but a sugary bowl of cereal, a donut or something sweet in their gut every morning. If you travel a lot as I did for many years your options are even less. For many it’s usually a quick cup of coffee with the intention of grabbing a quick bite at lunch. Either way your poor eating habits are slowly killing you and eating away at your overall health and you don’t even realize it.
I have traveled on the road as a wholesaler to jewelers and goldsmiths for over 30 years.
